FAQ
Extended Health Care Insurance
Many employers offer medical/ dental plans which usually include coverage for registered acupuncturist. It would be a good idea to check with your employer and find out what type of coverage you actually have and how to be reimbursed. Victoria is board certified with the CTCMPAO. We provide a receipt at each visit.
Scent-Free Policy
In order to establish and maintain a scent-free environment, we respectfully request our clients refrain from using scented products on the day of their appointment. Thank you in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. We do our best to fill your spot, in the case we cannot fill your spot, you will be charged the full service fee.
